The Academic Advisory Committee at MCTA is responsible for planning, formulation and maintenance of norms and standards as well as evaluation of academic performance of students.

Committee heads also work closely with faculties and other stakeholders to upgrade or develop the academic curriculum at MCTA as per the industry trends and enhance the student learning experience.

Varsha Pagare Founder & CEO at MCTA (Marketing Courses Training Academy)

Our Founder & CEO, Varsha Pagare has over 12 years of experience in the field of Integrated Marketing & Communications, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Branding and Public Relations. In her last stint she worked with a US based Healthcare MNC as an Assistant Vice President - Marketing Communications & Inside Sales and headed their Global Marcomm & Inside Sales Team. Varsha’s area of expertise lies majorly in creating & implementing B2B marketing strategies and she has helped various organisations develop a robust Marketing Communications & Digital Media Plan from scratch. Her area of specialisation lies in Creating and Building a strong sales pipeline for B2B businesses leveraging modern digital strategies including LinkedIn Marketing, Email, Paid Media, Webinars, B2B Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc. Varsha has helped B2B businesses specializing into Niche Services to generate more than 500+ leads a year and have trained various Inside sales team members across various organizations in creating a qualified lead funnel through LinkedIn Marketing, Website and Webinars.

Swapnil Rathod Business and Training Head at MCTA

With 8+ Years of experience in diversified sectors with Qualifications like B.E (Electronics) and MBA (Marketing + Operations), Swapnil has worked with many well-established organisations such as Carwale.com, Nash Robotics and start-ups such as Aasaanjobs.com, Hunarr.co.in and Olive Twig Infosolutions.

Swapnil leads the Training & Business Division at MCTA. He is responsible to oversee the quality of training provided across MCTA centres and works with the academic’s team on constantly enhancing the course content and is responsible for maintaining high quality standard across various training programs. He is also responsible for corporate tie-ups, business tie-ups for digital trainings as well as works with the Management designing, developing and implementing new training programs. Additionally, he also leads the digital marketing team at MCTA and is responsible for demand-generation campaigns across various channels to improve the overall business performance of the institute.

Rohit Onkar AVP - Digital Marketing - Loylty Rewardz Mngt Pvt Ltd

With several years of experience in diversified sectors, Rohit Onkar is an experienced digital marketing professional. He is also a leading business leader and trainer and has been serving the corporate industry with his in-depth industry knowledge and several years of experience in the given field. Rohit is currently serving the role of AVP in Digital Marketing at a leading MNC based in Mumbai. He is part of the company’s executive team and is responsible for shaping the overall course of the organization. His main focus area in the company is to deliver unparalleled services in the field of digital marketing, advertisement technology, and product analysis. Through his several years of expertise in the field of professional digital marketing, Rohit performs the responsibility of planning & optimizing the entire digital marketing budget for retailers and partner banks.
