With 8+ Years of experience in diversified sectors with Qualifications like B.E (Electronics) and MBA (Marketing + Operations), Swapnil has worked with many well-established organisations such as Carwale.com, Nash Robotics and start-ups such as Aasaanjobs.com, Hunarr.co.in and Olive Twig Infosolutions.
Swapnil leads the Training & Business Division at MCTA. He is responsible to oversee the quality of training provided across MCTA centres and works with the academic’s team on constantly enhancing the course content and is responsible for maintaining high quality standard across various training programs. He is also responsible for corporate tie-ups, business tie-ups for digital trainings as well as works with the Management designing, developing and implementing new training programs. Additionally, he also leads the digital marketing team at MCTA and is responsible for demand-generation campaigns across various channels to improve the overall business performance of the institute.
Most of his experience has been in conceptualising, planning & hands-on implementation of a variety of Digital Marketing Strategies. Swapnil has also been an expert consultant for companies like EasyWedding.in, Anaiahtours.com, Kosha.co & AvamInstitute.com (A venture by the Legendary Actor Mr. Asrani).
